Purchasing

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, however we prefer that you use our website so that we do not need to handle your payment information.

Where are you located?

We are in Seattle, Washington though our products are located throughout the United States.

What are your business hours?

We are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific.

Do you offer services and discounts for corporate, government, education, and non-profit buyers?

Yes. We are happy to work with you through space planning, ordering, and procurement and to provide the best pricing possible based on your order. For more information and to contact us see our Special Accounts page.

Do you offer bulk order and multiple order discounts?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your needs so that we can determine if discounts are available for your needs.

Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, but we are unable to offer free shipping.

Do you ship to Canada?

We do service most addresses in Canada though it depends on the specific product and how we need to ship it. Please contact us so that we can determine if your address is available and what the shipping charge will be. Orders going to Canada are not eligible for free shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We can only ship to physical addresses. If you use a mailing service such as the UPS Store then we are able to ship to that address as long as they provide package service for you.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

We are able to ship to these addresses in certain circumstances. Please contact us so we can understand your needs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders to the continental United States.

So you offer expedited shipping?

For an additional cost we do offer expedited shipping. Please select this option during checkout or contact us if you need to provide special shipping details.

How do you ship orders?

We choose the best shipping option available based on the size of the order, location of your products, and your shipping address.

When will my order arrive?

In stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 5 days of shipment. If an item is on backorder or unable to ship within the expected time frame we we will notify you with a revised expected ship date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for your order once it ships.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. We want you to be satisfied with your order. You can return items in like-new condition with the original packaging and shipping containers within 30 days. For more details and the return process see the returns section of our Store Policies page.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return your order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If an item is damaged or defective we will provide a return label. If you are not satisfied with a product then you are responsible for shipping on returns.

What do I do if a product is damaged or defective?

We’ll do our best to make things right as soon as possible. See our Store Policies page for details on how to get this taken care of quickly.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you would like to pay via eCheck or direct transfer from your bank account we suggest you create a PayPal account since they provide this service. If you would like financing, PayPal also offers this option.
